Francisco Herrera is the President and Founder of Netser Group, which he has led for 25 years. An Electronic Engineer and MBA from Simón Bolívar University, he has also completed executive programs at IESA, Florida Atlantic University and MIT. He founded Netser in Caracas in 2001 and expanded to the United States in 2003.

Before Netser, Francisco built his career in service, sales and major account management at Corporsistemas (INELECTRA) and Galáctica Telecomunicaciones. Under his leadership, Netser has grown into an IT services provider supporting clients in more than 40 countries, with some of the world's leading technology manufacturers as partners for more than two decades. His approach pairs engineering rigor with business discipline, a combination that continues to shape how Netser serves its clients.

Yosjuan Lugo is the Chief Operating Officer of Netser Group, leading the company's operations across Latin America and the Caribbean. A Systems Engineer with a Master's in Management Engineering, both earned with honors, and advanced diplomas in International Management and Production Management, he joined Netser in 2016 after financial and technology planning roles at Telefónica Venezuela (Movistar) and Ittaca Corp Group.

Over the past decade, Yosjuan has coordinated service delivery across the region's countries, languages and operating realities. He leads large-scale projects such as the imaging of 65,000 computers for JUNAEB, Chile's national student aid agency, and oversees the thousands of service calls and spare parts shipments Netser handles across Latin America. He also modernized internal systems and reporting, giving clients a consistent, data-driven experience from Mexico to Argentina.

Elías Díaz Padilla has been Chief Financial Officer of Netser Group since July 2024, leading regional finance across ten Latin American countries, including financial reporting, cash flow, treasury, collections and tax coordination. A Public Accountant from Universidad Santa María, with graduate studies in Business Administration and Finance at Universidad Metropolitana, he brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, audit and corporate reporting.

His career spans audit at Arthur Andersen and financial leadership roles at CANTV Movilnet, Plumrose Latinoamericana and Troil Services, in technology, telecommunications, manufacturing and energy. He has extensive SEC reporting experience, including quarterly and annual statements and Form 20-F filings, and has worked closely with boards, shareholders, banks and regulators. His regional perspective helps Netser grow sustainably and gives clients a financially solid partner across Latin America.

Gabriel Chacón is the Chief Information Officer of Netser Group, leading development, automation and internal IT support. An Electrical Engineer from Universidad Central de Venezuela and a certified ISO 31000 Risk Management Expert, he joined Netser in 2017 as Head of Operations. Since then he has owned the company's service ERP, managed B2B integrations with clients, led its risk management program and supported the adoption of NIST CSF 2.0.

With a background in finance and operations at Telefónica Venezuela and BRF, Gabriel looks at every process through two lenses: the people who run it and what it costs. He applies that view to automation, AI and low-cost serverless architecture, building an internal IT operation that runs more efficiently and helps Netser deliver cost-effective service to its customers.

José Alejandro Sánchez Guzmán is Regional Manager for Southern Latin America (SOLA) and Director of Netser Chile. A Mechanical Engineer from Simón Bolívar University with a Master's in Hydraulic Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela, he joined Netser in 2011 and also serves as the group's Data Protection Officer, supporting the oversight of IT.

José led the setup and launch of Netser's operations in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru, expanding the company's presence across South America. He previously founded and directed MECOFLU in Venezuela and ran the Rambla Morales desalination plant for Técnicas Reunidas in Spain. That international experience shapes how he leads, with a focus on building and developing teams, several of whose members have grown into larger roles across the group.

Cristóbal Loscher is Regional Manager for Northern Latin America (NOLA) and the Caribbean at Netser Group, responsible for the region's P&L and overall performance, including profitability and delivery on customer expectations. He holds an MBA and a Master's in Finance from Florida International University, and joined Netser in 2015 to lead its marketing efforts.

Cristóbal has helped drive Netser's regional expansion, opening compliant operations in Panama, Colombia, Brazil and other markets, which has grown Netser's network to around 500 available engineers. Before Netser, he worked in marketing and sales in consumer goods, investment services and a family-run education business. That range gives him a broad view of how organizations work and how to solve problems across functions. Combined with years of hands-on work across Latin America and the Caribbean, it has made him a specialist in market entry and regional growth.

Rosan Mendoza is Regional Talent Manager at Netser Group, leading human resources across the company's Latin American operations, including labor compliance and regional compensation structures. A graduate in Industrial Relations and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with studies in Houston and Caracas, she joined Netser in December 2018.

Rosan brings more than 20 years of talent management experience, including HR leadership roles at Merck KGaA and AstraZeneca. At Netser, she led the digital transformation of HR, centralizing company policies and procedures and giving leadership clear visibility into headcount and payroll. She also formalized the company's internal communications initiatives, keeping teams across the region connected and informed. Her regional perspective helps Netser attract, develop and retain the talent behind its service delivery.

Raúl Guerra is Regional Sales Manager at Netser Group, focused on commercial strategy, sales analytics and business growth across the region. A Software Engineer with an MBA, he holds a specialization in Digital Transformation along with Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master and Microsoft certifications. He joined Netser in 2025.

Before Netser, Raúl held several roles at Microsoft, including Technical Evangelist, Windows Server Product Manager, Azure Stack HCI business development lead and Americas Partner Program Manager, and later worked as a Cloud Solution Specialist at SoftwareOne. He brings that blend of technology and business to Netser, turning sales data into strategic insight that guides decisions, makes better use of resources and uncovers new opportunities for growth.
